HOFFMAN CHILDREN'S FOUNDATION

is a development focused initiative with its activities inclined to support the orphans and vulnerable children/child rights enhancement, advocacy, support to people with disabilities, support to the elders, widows/widowers, support and care to the young mothers, identifying and support to destitute families, and evangelization of spiritual faith to the needy communities, capacity building, but also other income generating activities for sustainability.

The organization was started to bridge the gap in the communities after being faced with a big challenge of absolute poverty and vulnerabilities via malnutrition, diseases and ignorance in various appalling situations due to HIV/AIDS scourge, poor family backgrounds and would like to access formal education and improve welfare of needy people’s livelihood especially the children, they together believe that the most viable way to liberate this situation of poverty of the young mothers of Africa and other needy different categories of people especially the orphaned children is to directly invest in their formal education for this will widen their horizons and opportunities, support the youth engage in income generating activities and skills development like Art and Craft, and build capacities to communities in different various aspects of geared developments, and spiritual evangelization to lure the spiritually hungry souls.

MISSION
To empower vulnerable children in the communities by providing them with basic needs (food, shelter, clothing) healthcare and education and building their life skills through early childhood development activities.

OBJECTIVES
To advocate for equal opportunities for widows and single mothers, involvement and participation in social, political and economic activities.

To impart life skills and values that will help young mothers, youths, children plus people with disabilities fight their life challenges like HIV/AIDS, drug abuse, peer influence, and immorality etc.

Advocating and creating for articulating orphans’ concerns, issues, rights and interests in the local communities.

Capacity building in communities for efficient and effective operations and development among the people and children.

Networking with local as well as international development institutions, personnel’s, NGO’s, local councils, government, bilateral and multilateral agencies.

Initiate economic empowerment by establishment of income generating activities to sustain the orphanage home and the children.

To evangelize the Gospel of God so as to heal the spiritually un empowered people
